How to Find the Wind Energy Museum

We are in the sleepy village of Repps-With-Bastwick, Norfolk NR29 5JU

By River:

  • Moor at Potter Heigham and stroll along the Riverbank, away from the village to Repps with Bastwick.
  • Moor at Thurne/Thurne Mill and ehad along the Weaver’s Way towards Potter Heigham. This is approximately a 35-45 minute walk.
  • The Staithe at Repps does have a few spaces so you could moor there too. There are signs at Repps to point you up the short country lane to the entrance of the museum.

By Road:

From the A149 turn into Church Road. Follow Church Road down past St. Peters Church.  Head round the sharp ‘S’ bend until you see the sign for Staithe Road on your right. Turn right into Staithe Road and follow the signs to the Wind Energy Museum.

Public transport:

The number 6 bus comes from Great Yarmouth to Stalham and stops at Repps with Bastwick – it’s then a 40 minute walk.
